A plot of land with a 7m difference in level, in a privileged location, overlooking the neighbourhood and with favourable sun exposure. A brutalist house that corresponded to the family programme of the past, but which was unable to respond to the intended operation – a collective building with four units.

The demolition of the existing house is proposed.

The concept of the project was to design the building as a succession of terraces.

A massive structure is proposed, anchored to the land and the hillside, projecting outwards towards the view and the sea. The balconies establish a rhythm whose geometry gradually detaches and dematerialises from the land into the landscape.

The car park is hidden under a landscaped roof.

The apartments are distributed one per floor, in close relation to the garden and generous balconies, topped by flower boxes that filter the views between floors.

The interior layout is distributed according to sun exposure: the common distribution core is located to the north; the social areas of the houses face south, benefiting from the best view, and the bedrooms are located at the back, more private.

The communal swimming pool will be in a secluded and intimate area, nestled in lush vegetation, but also benefiting from the view and good sun exposure.
